Code of Conduct


TBOM MODEL is a virtual mentorship platform that connects mentors and mentees in an effortless manner with no associated fees on both parties. As such, TBOM MODEL is committed toproviding a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexualorientation, ability, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, and religion (or lack thereof).Visitors and users are expected to cultivate a network of support & encouragement, while refraining from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech. Violence, threats of violence or violent language are not allowed. In addition, personal insults, particularly those related to gender, sexual orientation, race,religion, or disability are particularly discouraged. Posting or displaying sexually explicit or violent material, posting or threatening to post other people’s personally identifying information("doxing"), inappropriate photography or recording, unwelcome sexual attention/advances including sexualized comments or jokes are not allowed. Deliberate intimidation, stalking or following (online or in person) and advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior are completely discouraged.Failure to comply with the code of conduct, would attract temporary de-activation of users account (for minor infractions), and upon repeat offenses would lead to permanent de-activation.Victims of witness of unacceptable behavior or anyone who have related concerns should write to If you feel you have been falsely or unfairly accused of violating this Code of Conduct, youshould also notify with a concise description of your grievance.
